This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and ship orders, expected delivery timeframes, applicable shipping areas, and what steps to take in case of delivery delays or issues.

This policy applies to all orders placed through www.argosupplies.us, including standard purchases, wholesale orders, and customized product shipments.

  1. Shipping Coverage

Argo Supplies LLC currently ships to the contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories.

P.O. Boxes: Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not available through most of our carriers. We strongly recommend providing a physical street address to ensure accurate delivery and real-time tracking. Shipments fulfilled via carriers such as FedEx or UPS cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. For custom or wholesale orders outside the United States, please contact our sales team at sales@argosupplies.us to discuss tailored shipping options and logistics coordination.

  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Argo Supplies LLC ships exclusively within the contiguous United States, using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on product availability, order size, and destination.

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Operating Days: Monday through Friday (no shipments on weekends or public holidays).
  • Cost:
    • $9.99 flat rate for orders under $100 USD.
    • Free shipping for orders of $100 USD or more.

2.2 Expedited Shipping (2-Day Delivery)

  • Estimated Delivery: Within 2 business days after order processing.
  • Processing Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day; others are processed the next business day.
  • Availability: Only available for physical street addresses within the contiguous U.S. (not available for P.O. Boxes or oversized wholesale shipments).
  • Cost:
    • $19.99 for orders under $100 USD.
    • $9.99 for orders from $100–$249.99 USD.
    • Free for orders of $250 USD or more.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $9.99 applies to all orders under $100 USD.
  • Free Shipping: Orders of $100 USD or more (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Please Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. For more information, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • Lost or Missing Packages:
    If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us at sales@argosupplies.us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
    We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to open an investigation and determine the appropriate resolution. Please note that resolution times depend on the carrier’s internal investigation process.
  • Incorrect Address:
    If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees or rerouting costs incurred. Argo Supplies LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to address errors made by the customer.
  1. Subscription Shipments

For bulk, wholesale, or recurring purchase orders, shipping follows the same policies as standard orders:

  • Shipments are processed and delivered using the same carriers, service levels, and delivery timeframes outlined in this policy.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery addresses and contact details are accurate and current before dispatch.
  • Changes made after an order has been shipped cannot be applied retroactively.
