Welcome, and thank you for visiting argosupplies.us (the “Site”) and reviewing our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). At Argo Supplies LLC, we’re proud to equip workers and businesses with reliable, high-quality leather gloves and protective gear for industrial, construction, and general use. These Terms govern your access to and use of our Site, our products, and any services or features made available through our online platform (collectively, the “Offerings”). By visiting or using our Site, submitting a quotation request, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all other policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Site, or order any products from Argo Supplies LLC.

PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, PARTICULARLY SECTION 10 REGARDING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND SECTION 18 RELATED TO BINDING ARBITRATION.

ARGO SUPPLIES LLC D/B/A ARGO SUPPLIES LLC (“ARGO SUPPLIES LLC,” “WE,” “OUR,” “US,” OR “COMPANY”) OPERATES THIS SITE. BY CLICKING ON THE “PLACE ORDER” OR “REQUEST QUOTE” BUTTON, COMPLETING ANY PURCHASE OR REGISTRATION PROCESS, OR ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU REPRESENT THAT:

(1) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS;
(2) YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY; AND
(3) YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF THE BUSINESS ENTITY YOU REPRESENT, AND TO BIND THAT ENTITY TO THESE TERMS.

THE TERM “YOU” REFERS TO THE INDIVIDUAL OR LEGAL ENTITY, AS APPLICABLE, IDENTIFIED AS THE USER OR CUSTOMER WHEN ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE OR THE OFFERINGS.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SECTION 18 OF THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS PROVISIONS GOVERNING HOW DISPUTES THAT YOU AND WE HAVE AGAINST EACH OTHER ARE RESOLVED.

IN PARTICULAR, IT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT WHICH WILL, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, REQUIRE DISPUTES BETWEEN US TO BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION. UNLESS YOU OPT OUT OF THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT:
(1) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE DISPUTES OR CLAIMS AND SEEK RELIEF AGAINST US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING; AND
(2) YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO PURSUE DISPUTES OR CLAIMS AND SEEK RELIEF IN A COURT OF LAW AND YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR REQUEST FOR RELIEF RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL BE GOVERNED AND INTERPRETED BY AND UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT, CONSISTENT WITH THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY PRINCIPLES THAT PROVIDE FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE LAW OF ANY OTHER JURISDICTION. THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FROM THIS AGREEMENT.

Please note that the Site, the products offered through the Site—including but not limited to our leather gloves, protective gear, and customized workwear (“Products”)—as well as all text, images, videos, graphics, and other materials featured on the Site (“Content”), and any promotional offers, trade discounts, or marketing campaigns (“Promotions”) are collectively referred to in these Terms as the “Offerings.”

Your use of, or participation in, certain Offerings may be subject to additional terms (“Supplemental Terms”). Such Supplemental Terms will either be listed within these Terms or presented to you for acceptance when you engage in a specific Offering (for example, during promotional campaigns or customized order processes). Supplemental Terms include the Argo Supplies LLC Privacy Policy, promotional rules, and any other policies published on our Site. If these Terms conflict with any Supplemental Terms, these Terms shall govern.

As further explained in Section 3, please note that this Agreement may be updated by Argo Supplies LLC at any time, at our sole discretion. When changes occur, we will update the Terms on the Site and revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the Site and Offerings. Your continued use of our Site or Products after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are encouraged to print or save a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your reference.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND YOUR STATUS

The Site and its Offerings are intended for use by customers and businesses located within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories (“Serviced States”).

At this time, Argo Supplies only processes and ships orders within these Serviced States. Orders placed from outside this area may not be accepted or fulfilled.

By placing an order or submitting a quotation request through our Site, you represent and warrant that you:

Are legally capable of entering into this Agreement,
Are at least 18 years of age,
Are a resident of, or conducting business within, a Serviced State, and
Are accessing and using the Site from a Serviced State.

MODIFICATION

In our sole discretion, Argo Supplies LLC may change, amend, add to, remove, or supplement this Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) at any time without prior notice; provided, however, that any changes to dispute-resolution procedures will apply only to disputes that arise after the updated provisions are published on the Site. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes to these Terms. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest update. Your continued use of the Site or Offerings after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

REGISTRATION

4.1 Registering Your Account

To access certain features on the Site, you may need to create an account (“Account”). A Registered User is any user who has registered an Account directly on the Site or linked a valid account from a social networking service (“Third-Party Account”).

4.2 Access Through a Third-Party Service

If you access the Site through a social network or third-party platform, you may link your Account by granting Argo Supplies permission to access your Third-Party Account, as allowed under that platform’s terms. You confirm that you have the authority to provide such access, and Argo SuppliesLLC is not responsible for the content or data shared through your social-network settings. You may disconnect this link at any time through your account preferences.

4.3 Registration Data

When creating an Account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it updated.
Maintain the confidentiality of your password and notify us at contact@argosupplies.us within 48 hours if you suspect unauthorized access.
Log out of your Account at the end of each session.

YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND LEGALLY PERMITTED TO USE THE SITE. YOU MAY NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT UNDER A FALSE IDENTITY. ARGO SUPPLIES LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE ANY ACCOUNT FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS.

You are solely responsible for all access to and use of the Site by anyone using your Account, whether authorized or not, including all communications, transactions, and obligations incurred through such use.

4.4 Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive messages from Argo Supplies LLC for the following purposes:
(i) Account creation and verification;
(ii) Order or quotation updates;
(iii) Payment or billing inquiries;
(iv) Customer-service follow-ups.

Message frequency may vary. To opt out of non-essential communications, email contact@argosupplies.us. Standard carrier or data rates may apply. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Argo Supplies LLC may share your contact details with service providers only when necessary to deliver the communications described above.

ARGO SUPPLIES LLC SERVICES

5.1 Wholesale and Custom Orders

Argo Supplies LLC offers industrial-grade leather gloves and protective gear available for both wholesale and customized orders (“Services”). Customers may purchase directly through our website or request a personalized quotation based on quantity, model, and branding requirements.

Custom orders may include additional lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and design approval steps prior to production. By submitting a purchase order or quotation request, you agree that:
• All specifications provided are accurate and final upon confirmation.
• Custom products are non-refundable once production has started.
• Payment terms, delivery schedules, and quantities are binding once accepted by both parties.

5.2 Payment Terms

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars through approved payment processors, including Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

You authorize Argo Supplies LLC to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including product costs, taxes, and shipping fees (if applicable). Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received and confirmed.

In the event of a failed or delayed payment:
• You agree to promptly settle any outstanding balance.
• Argo Supplies LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel your order until payment is completed.

5.3 One-Time Purchases

All purchases made through the Site—whether wholesale, bulk, or custom—are considered one-time transactions. These Terms, including those related to pricing, delivery, returns, product usage, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution, apply equally to all purchases.

By placing any order through our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

PAYMENT AND PRICING

6.1 Pricing Adjustments

All prices listed on argosupplies.us are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, or import duties, unless otherwise stated.

Argo Supplies LLC reserves the right to modify product pricing, discounts, or shipping costs at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect confirmed orders that have already been paid in full.

6.2 Custom Orders and Add-Ons

Custom or wholesale orders may include additional costs related to branding, packaging, or special production requests. These fees will be clearly communicated before final order confirmation.

6.3 Payment

If a payment fails or is declined, Argo Supplies LLC reserves the right to:

Suspend or cancel the order until payment is successfully completed.
Pursue collection of any outstanding balance through lawful means.

Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received and verified.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PROMOTIONAL INCLUSIONS

Because our gloves and protective products are crafted in limited production runs, Argo Supplies LLC may occasionally substitute items of equal or greater value in your order without prior notice if a specific model or size becomes temporarily unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you when such substitutions occur.

From time to time, Argo Supplies LLC may include complimentary items or promotional materials in shipments. These items are provided as courtesy gifts and are not subject to exchange, return, or warranty.

If you receive a promotional item that does not meet your operational needs, you may choose not to use it at your discretion. Returns or replacements for promotional inclusions are not processed.

GIFT CARDS

Argo Supplies LLC does not currently issue or accept consumer gift cards. From time to time, we may provide promo codes or store credit as part of a commercial agreement or courtesy adjustment. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Store credit must be redeemed at checkout on argosupplies.us and applies as a deduction until fully used.
Store credit and promo codes are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-replaceable if lost or disclosed to third parties.
Expiration dates (if any) will be stated at the time of issuance. Credits without an explicitly stated expiration remain valid for at least 5 years from issuance, except where the law requires a longer period.
Credits or promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly permitted.

VOUCHERS

Argo Supplies LLC may occasionally offer promotional vouchers or discount codes as part of marketing campaigns or wholesale incentives. These vouchers:

May require account creation or a valid payment method for redemption.
Are intended for one-time promotional use and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and valid only for the time period indicated in the promotion.
Are limited to first-time customers or qualifying businesses, as specified in each campaign.

Argo Supplies LLC reserves the right to deactivate, modify, or cancel any voucher or discount code found to be misused, shared on unauthorized websites, or used fraudulently.

Once a voucher or code has been redeemed under a specific account or email address, it cannot be reused or reissued, even if the account is later deleted.

DELIVERY

10.1 Delivery Timeframe

Argo Supplies LLC processes and fulfills all orders directly from its warehouse or distribution partners in the United States. Standard orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days after payment has been confirmed. Delivery times for bulk or customized orders may vary depending on production schedules and logistics coordination.

10.2 Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday via recognized national carriers. If no one is available at the time of delivery, your package may be left at a secure location at the shipping address provided, in accordance with carrier policies. Argo Supplies LLC is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

10.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order or purchase order has been confirmed and processed, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed and must be requested in writing to contact@argosupplies.us within 24 hours of order placement. For customized or bulk orders already in production, cancellations are not permitted and all payments are considered final.

10.4 Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

10.5 Delivery Limitations

In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions, deliveries may experience delays. Argo Supplies LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative delivery solutions, but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.

FORCE MAJEURE

Argo Supplies LLC shall not be held responsible for any delay, failure, or inability to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

These events may include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, labor strikes, supply chain interruptions, transportation delays, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or failures of third-party logistics providers.

Performance of obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and Argo Supplies LLC will make all reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as conditions permit.

RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS

Once your order has been delivered by the designated carrier, you are responsible for inspecting the products upon receipt to ensure they match your order and are in good condition.

All Argo Supplies LLC products should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight or excessive humidity to maintain material quality and durability.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to you at the moment the products are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact contact@argosupplies.us within five (5) business days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue so that we can assess the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

PRODUCT USAGE AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Each Argo Supplies LLC product is designed for professional and industrial use. Please follow all safety and usage instructions provided on product labels, packaging, or documentation to ensure proper handling and performance.

Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate glove or protective gear for their intended activity or work environment. Improper use or modification of the product may reduce its protective properties or cause damage.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Argo Supplies LLC accepts returns within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting contact@argosupplies.us and obtaining return instructions.
Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

Please note:

Custom or personalized products, as well as bulk or wholesale orders, are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
Argo Supplies LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are received without prior authorization.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

All content on the Argo Supplies LLC website, including but not limited to text, images, product photos, graphics, logos, button icons, and software, is the exclusive property of Argo Supplies LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Subject to this Agreement, Argo Supplies LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for lawful, business-related purposes connected to evaluating, purchasing, or inquiring about our products.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without prior written authorization from Argo Supplies LLC.

15.1 Trademarks

“Argo Supplies”, the Argo logo, and any related trade dress or slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of Argo Supplies LLC. You may not use these marks or any confusingly similar variations without prior written permission.

By tagging @argosupplies or using the hashtag #ArgoSupplies on social media platforms, you authorize Argo Supplies LLC to reuse your content across its marketing channels, including but not limited to:

Email newsletters or campaigns
Digital or print advertisements
Official social media accounts and promotional posts

You also authorize the use of your name, company, or social media handle in connection with the shared content. You represent that such use does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

19.3 License to Use Content

You grant Argo Supplies LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display your content — including your name, image, likeness, or handle — for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, without compensation.

This license remains valid even if you close your account, request removal of the content, or stop using our services.

19.4 Waiver of Rights

Your use or misuse of the Site, Products, or Services.
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
Any User Content you submit, post, or share through our platforms.
Your interaction with any third-party website, service, or platform linked to Argo Supplies LLC.

Argo Supplies LLC reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, and you agree to fully cooperate with any reasonable requests made in connection with such defense.

DISCLAIMERS

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

ARGO SUPPLIES LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE, ITS SERVERS, OR COMMUNICATIONS ARE FREE OF ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

21.1 Product Use and Safety Notice

All Argo Supplies LLC products are designed for industrial, construction, and general work applications. Materials such as leather, fabric linings, adhesives, and dyes used in glove manufacturing may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.

Each product complies with applicable U.S. safety and labeling standards, and detailed material information is available on product packaging or upon request.
